电子音乐家，声音艺术家

从事电子音乐、氛围音乐、声音艺术，以及电影、影像、戏剧、舞剧作曲。
其音乐思维融合了文学艺术和视觉艺术，注重与场域之间的关联建构，强调多重感官与内心思绪的触碰和发散。

于2011年创建“玄音”，策划音乐出版、实地录音、概念性现场演出项目，并持续致力于实践拓展氛围音乐的创作边界。

曾参加Notch北欧艺术节、北京国际设计周、成都双年展、在青山∙群响艺术季、深圳艺穗节、
“SOUND OF SILENCE”中国默片配乐巡展(东京-柏林-北京)、中华世纪坛数字艺术馆开馆展、中国-德国新媒体艺术交流展、
ChoP音乐节、华沙Polyphonia音乐节、鹿特丹Vrooom、维也纳VELAK EXPORT、东京Synthesmic、香港SUBLIMINAL LOUNGE等艺术节、音乐节和系列现场。
演出足迹遍及中国、德国、美国、奥地利、波兰、荷兰、挪威、日本、香港、澳门等国家和地区。

 based in Tokyo & Beijing

mulian has creative in electronic music, improvised music, sound art, video, concert pieces, and live performances. 

his music joins electronica, ambient, experimental, and soundscape, patching together various elements 
such as  electronic, strings, natural sounds, noises and human voice samples, 
and many other elements were mixed with special narratives of psychological monologue, 
creating a unique style of post-rock and quality and undemonstrative eastern spirit.

most of his video works are taken onsite. 
they are selected from a large amount of raw documentations to present a visual scape fraught with psychological implications. 
his onsite performances emphasize building the atmosphere and aura, 
and he tried to blend sound and visual to the space and environment, 
as well as to foreground the multi-layered sensory and mental clashes and associations.


in addition to personal creative projects, 
he has also created original scoring to drama, modern dance drama, independent films, documentary films and animations ect..


in 2011, he participated in the creation of  “xuán yīn” lable, 
always organize the concerts, publications, and interdisciplinary live performances.
